Lifestyle Weaving is for those who identify as female and over 50 who are amidst transitions in their life. They may be living with symptoms like fatigue or overstressed and want to explore a new approach in taking control and aging well. We offer professional expertise, support, and connection as they explore ways to weave a lifestyle that supports their values, hopes and purpose and creates energetic resilience.
